When you make an online purchase from us, we use your information to
process your order. We will also send you emails to confirm your order,
and we may need to contact you via email if we have other questions
regarding your order. In addition, you will be automatically signed up to
receive email updates about new products, and any promotions. You may opt
out, at any time, simply by emailing us.
Persons who supply us with
their telephone number online may be contacted by us if we have questions
regarding your order. We will not call you regarding any promotions or

Our Warranty:
All products have a 15-day DOA “Dead on Arrival” warranty
unless otherwise stated. We will replace the defective products OR refund
the cost of products less initial shipping, surcharge and return shipping
cost. Re-stocking fee (up to 30% of the purchase price) will be charged to
all returned products other than for defective reasons. Support Pack fee
is non-refundable once the ID and password are issued. All products have
90-day functional warranty unless otherwise stated. Memory and CPU have
30-day warranty. The warranty is limited to the original purchase and is
not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to substantiate date of
purchase, invoice/receipt containing name and address of purchases and
serial number of products purchased. The products shall not have been
previously altered, repaired or serviced. Serial number shall not have
been altered or removed. The products shall not have been subject to
accident, misuse or operated contrary to the instructions contained in
accompanying manuals. Hong Faith America is not responsible for damage
caused by improper handling, use other than the manufacturers’ intended
application, or any event which occurs after we ship the product. If the
packing is delivered damaged, the customer must contact us immediately and
file a claim with the carrier.
Returned Merchandise Policy:
All
returned products must have an RMA number issued for it. The most
efficient manner of obtaining an RMA number is to email your request to
support@america.hongfaith.com.
